It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our husband and father Ronald B. Jasper (77). Ron passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family.
Ronald B. Jasper was born on May 16,1948 in Somerset, KY. He worked hard as a mechanic for many years. He retired from TRU- FLEX where he was a machinist.
Ron enjoyed his life and lived it to the fullest. He loved his family and friends. He enjoyed vintage American muscle cars, playing cards, playing his guitar. He loved several outdoor activities, specifically fishing, caring for his garden, mowing his lawn, and watching a good thunderstorm pass. Ron loved a rousing game of horseshoes with his brothers in the backyard. He enjoyed a Western on TV every now and then.
He is survived by his beautiful wife of 55 years, Brenda Jasper. Also surviving are his three children Scott, Lisa and Lori, five grandchildren (Ashley Simonton. Codey Jasper, Paige Moore Fairchild, Hannah Gustus, and Japer Moore), five great grandchildren, his twin brother Don Jasper and his sister Barbara Shelley.
