Robert John Mourer

Robert John Mourer went to be with our Lord on August 13, 2018. John was born August 16, 1953 in Forest Park, Illinois, son of Robert Vernon Mourer and Catherine Robinson Mourer and the grandson of the late Harold and Bessie Mourer of West Lebanon. John spent his youth in Golden, Colorado and enjoyed hiking, fishing, and bowling and also was a great sports fan. He moved to Georgia with his father in his early twenties but always yearned for Colorado.

John is survived by an Uncle Gerald Mourer of Mt. Vernon, Indiana and an Aunt Marcia (Mourer) Beaty of Bradenton, Florida, and several cousins, many in the West Lebanon area.

John was preceded in death by his mother Catherine Robinson Mourer, his father Robert Vernon Mourer, and his sister Jane Ellen Mourer.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on October 20, 2018 at the West Lebanon Cemetery.
