Peggy Ann (Garrett) Robinson, age 72 of Attica, IN, passed away at 4:35 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Peggy was born on November 11, 1951 in Williamsport, IN. She was the daughter of Howard and Elizabeth (Martin) Garrett. Peggy attended Judyville Grade School and Seeger High School. She lived in Florida for 3 years before moving back to the area in 1998. Peggy married James Franklin Robinson on February 25, 1996 in Brooksville, FL and he preceded her in death on November 7, 2011.
Peggy earned her LPN from Ivy Tech in 2003 and worked as an LPN for 18 years. She previously worked as a bookkeeper for Little Beverage for 12 years and for the IGA in Georgetown, IL. Peggy had also worked in nursing homes as an aide for many years prior to becoming an LPN. Being a nurse was her life-long dream; it was her perfect job.
Peggy loved keeping in contact with Hickman Heights Christian Church where she was baptized as a young girl. She enjoyed watching The Colts and Purdue Basketball. After retirement, she enjoyed traveling with her cousins and sisters, but more than anything else she loved her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Peggy felt they were a gift from God. Her passion was taking care of her family and helping in whatever way she could. She especially enjoyed supporting her grandkids at their sporting events.
