Patricia A. (Curry) Smith

Patricia Anne (Curry) Smith, age 48 of Attica, IN died at 12:48 a.m. CST at Carle Clinic Hospital on Thursday, November 25, 2010. Patricia was born on February 12, 1962 in Danville, IL. She was the daughter of James E. and Mary Jane (Tinder) Curry. She was a 1980 graduate of Seeger High School and graduated from Danville Area Community College where she received her LPN license. Patricia had lived in Danville before moving to Warren County in 1972 where she had resided until moving to Attica in 2008. Patricia worked in nursing at Woodland Manor Nursing Center for 20 years. She had attended Living Water Church. Patricia enjoyed watching the sci-fi channel and loved her pet dog, Jack. Surviving are, 2 children, James R. Smith and Krista A. Smith-Wesley (husband: Adam) both of Williamsport; 3 sisters, Susan J. Dale of Attica, Donna K. Curry of Williamsport and Carol L. Burton (husband: Shane) of Mishawaka, IN; and granddaughter, Hailey Dawn Wesley. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, James E. Curry. Visitation will be on Monday, November 29, 2010 from noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport with Rev. Jerry Badgley officiating. Interment will be at Gundy Cemetery in Bismarck, IL.
