Richard 'Jiggs' Junior Clendenen

Junior Richard (Jiggs) Clendenen, age 88, died, July 15, 2016 at the White County Hospital in Monticello, Indiana. He was born June 27, 1928 to Kirby and Melissa (Scott) Clendenen in Urbana, Illinois. He married Barbara Coleman on August 23, 1947 in Covington, Indiana. She preceded him in death on October 1, 2005. Jiggs was a meat cutter most of his life. He also worked at Neumayer Lumber in Attica, Indiana where he enjoyed fixing screens and windows. Jiggs and Barbara had 2 children, Wayne (wife Sherry) Clendenen of Delphi and Donna Turner of Rensselaer. He had four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also surviving Jigg’s family will greet friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Grady Funeral Home, Williamsport, Indiana with services following the visitation at 1:00 PM. with Mike Ordiway officiating. Memorial contributions to American Cancer Society. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, Williamsport.
