Sue (Land) Titus

Sue (Land) Titus, age 61 of West Lebanon, died at 2:27 a.m. EST on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at the St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital. Sue was born on June 5, 1947 in West Lebanon, IN. She was the daughter of Samuel D. and Helen (Kennedy) Land. She was a 1965 graduate of West Lebanon High School and a lifelong resident of West Lebanon. On November 1, 1980 she married Ronald T. Titus in Danville, IL. He survives. Sue was a member of the West Lebanon Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed playing records and cards, and doing crossword puzzles. She liked listening to the country music hymns and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving with her husband, Ronald are, 1 daughter, Linda Marlatt (Husband: Keith) of West Lebanon, IN; 1 son, Clark Titus of Attica, IN; 5 brothers, Joe Land (wife: Betty) of Williamsport, Walt Land of Florida, Roy Land (wife: Ruth) of Danville, IL, Jerry Land (wife: Bobbie) of West Lebanon, and Larry Land of Crawfordsville, IN; 1 sister, Mabel Geiger (husband: Morris) of Crawfordsville, IN; and 2 granddaughters, Kayla and Margaret Marlatt. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Lena Rose Titus, 2 sisters, Mary Shelley, Janet Land, and 3 brothers, James Land, Raymond Land, and Jack Land. Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in West Lebanon on Saturday, January 3, 2009 from noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. EST with Servant of the Lord Steve Padgett officiating. Interment will be at West Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to the family.
