Stephen B. Simonton

Stephen B. Simonton, age 61 of West Lebanon, IN die at 7:51 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at his residence. Stephen was born on May 20, 1952 in Danville, IL.  He was the son of Robert D. and Cynthia E. (Gee) Simonton, Sr.  He attended Seeger High School and resided in Warren County all of his life. He worked for Phelps Trucking as a truck driver in the past.  Stephen loved his grandkids. He loved to fish and garden. Surviving are, 4 children, Cynthia Simonton Nowicki (boyfriend: Troy Allen) of West Lebanon, IN, Richard Simonton (wife: Ashley) of West Lebanon, IN, Kevi Simonton (boyfriend: Ben Jones) of Covington, IN, and Jamie Simonton of West Lebanon, IN; 2 sisters, Sandra Lawson (husband: Skip) and Kathy Brown both of Covington, IN; and 7 grandchildren, Jaclyn, Shelby, Chloe, Bailie, Sara, Eleanor, and Corbin.  Stephen was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Simonton, Jr. Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in West Lebanon on Friday, May 9, 2014 from noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. with Chuck Foster officiating.  Interment will follow at West Lebanon Cemetery.
