Norma Jean (Martin) Gremore

Norma Jean (Martin) Gremore, age 82 of Williamsport, IN passed away unexpectedly at the St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 7:52 p.m. Norma was born on November 28, 1931 in Vermillion County, IN.  She was the daughter of Orville and Juel (Crigger) Martin.  She graduated from Covington High School in 1949.  She married Noble P. Gremore on March 26, 1950 and he survives. They had resided in Williamsport since 1965. Norma worked at Million’s Seeds for several years and was a homemaker.  She was baptized at the Benson Chapel Christian Church.  She enjoyed bowling, sewing, gardening, canning and doing counted cross stitch.  She was a member of the Warren County Extension Homemakers.  Norma loved seeing the great-grandkids. Surviving with her husband, Noble, are2 children, Nancy Dillworth and Neal Gremore (wife: Jill) both of Williamsport, IN2 brothers, Morris Martin of Bradenton, FL and Arkie Martin (wife: Charlotte) of Collison, IL4 grandchildren, Angela Dillworth, Brandi Walters (husband: Matt), Tiffany Frasch (husband: Brock) and Laura Anson (husband: Keith)6 great-grandchildrenNorma was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Larry Dillworth.  Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Services will be there in the chapel on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Duane Mycroft and Don Williams officiating. Private interment will follow at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Hanging Rock Christian Assembly or the Warren County 4-H Program.
