Garnett Ann (Walker) Fox

Garnet Ann (Walker) Fox, age 69 of Marshfield, IN at 8:06 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital after being in ill health the past several years. Garnet was born in rural Warren County, IN on September 17, 1944. She was the daughter of Paul and Ida Mae (VanPelt) Walker. She attended West Lebanon Schools. On April 15, 1967 she married Richard L. Fox in Oakwood, IL. He survives. Garnet was a homemaker. She was a lung cancer survivor. Garnet enjoyed her grandson, Zeke. Surviving with her husband, Richard, are, 2 children, Veronica Wright (husband: Mark) and Derek Fox (wife: Kayla) both of Marshfield, IN Sister, Norma Adams (husband: James) of Cedar Key, FL Brother, Paul “Duggan” Walker (wife: Vici) of Marshfield, IN Grandson, Zeke Fox Several nieces and nephews Garnet was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Yvonne Fox, brothers, Edward and Ridge Clark, and a sister, Charlotte Howard. Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport, IN on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 3:00 until service time at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Don Williams officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
